During the second quarter of 2016, the roundwood prices in Sweden have slightly increased as compared to the previous quarter and the Q2 of the previous year.
Pine sawlogs were more expensive as their price in the Q2/2016 increased by 3.48% as compared to the previous year and by 1.71% as compared to the Q1/2016.
All the other price increases didn't overcome 1%, but kept a steady rise. During the mentioned period, spruce sawlogs could be bought for EUR 53,94/m3m as compared to the EUR 54,47/m3 in the Q1/2016 and the EUR 54,26/m3 in the same quarter last year.
