US Lumber Coalition is ready to file for trade complaint against Canada

The American lumber industry expects the Q3/2016 results as to have additional data confirming that the Canadian lumber exports harm the US industry.

As reported by Business in Vancouver, the U.S. Lumber Coalition, the lobby group representing the American softwood industry, is expected to file a trade complaint with the U.S. Department of Commerce if negotiations break down between the Canadian and American governments to settle the lumber dispute. Included in that petition will be quarterly results from publicly traded companies.
