As one of the major trade surplus areas in Vietnam, timber, wood products and forest products have gradually developed into one of Vietnam's basic export industries. As of now, Vietnam has become the world's sixth largest exporter of wood and wood products in Asia, Asia and Southeast Asia.
As the largest exporter of timber and wood products in Vietnam, the United States accounts for 38% of Vietnam's total exports; followed by China, which accounts for 15%; Japan and Europe, followed by 28%. In the world's large markets such as the United States, the European Union, and Japan, the value of indoor wood exports in Vietnam is second only to China. Exports to stable markets such as the United States, the European Union, and Australia have grown steadily. This reflects the enthusiasm and initiative of Vietnamese companies in applying high technology to production, ensuring product quality stability and strong competitiveness.
