AriVislanda and Milltech to merge

AriVislanda and Milltech will merge into a joint company and the procedure will be completed in 2024.    AriVislanda manufactures sawmill machines, while Milltech makes automation solutions and control systems for sawmills. The new company name will be AriVislanda, but Milltech will remain as a brand for smart, integrated systems.    ''Together we strengthen our position and will be able to offer a competitive package to our customers.
