The insolvency of the former Wismar wood processing company German Pellets were continued on Wednesday at the Schwerin District Court in Germany. For the first time since the insolvency was announced in February, the official insolvency report was publicly presented.
The demand of the largest creditor group (17,000 bond creditors) is around EUR 280 million. As Bettina Schmudde, the insolvency administrator, stated, the money from the 17,000 bonds apparently came to the USA via Austria.
