The softwood timber exports from Finland increased by 7% during January-July 2016, as compared to the same period last year.
There were 4,8 million m3 of softwood timber exported from Finland to the whole world, during the mentioned period. Exports to the European Union countries have dropped by -7%, from 1,7 million m3 last year, to 1,6 million m3 in 2016.
