Peter Leibold has created the world market leader for wood pellets, which was German Pellets GmbH. In 2005, the former newspaper manager and head of a sawmill founded the pellet producer in Wismar. And since then he has created a world market leader through many acquisitions, a sense of new sales channels and large-scale overseas investments.

Now, after his company went banckrupt in February 2016, and approximately 17,000 private investors have obviously lost their deposits - an estimated EUR 270 million, Leibold flies with his private jet across Europe.
