The Turkish wood-based panel giant Kastamonu has produced its first MDF sample at its second MDF-line in Alabuga, Russia. The woodworking site in Alabuga will produce over 1 million m3 MDF boards per year, after the pre-commissioning activities will be completed.
Back in 2014, the first stage of the site was completed with a capacity of 565,000 m3 of MDF and 20 million m2 of laminated flooring per year.
