Austrian KLH Massivholz GmbH has recently announced that it has managed to obtain JAS certification in Japan, becoming the first company in the world to receive JAS certification for cross-laminated timber (CLT).
KLH Massivholz GmbH is a market-leading manufacturer of CLT products, that are used worldwide as wall, ceiling or roof elements.
Established in 1997, the company is located in Austria, and is both – a pioneer and a market leader for production of large sized CLT used for walls, floors and roofs.
With 15,000 successfully completed reference projects and an annual production capacity of 125,000 m³ KLH is one of the largest producers of cross laminated timber.
The KLH distribution network extends all over Europe and continues to expand internationally. The current project portfolio include cross laminated timber superstructures in all sectors of the industry in Europe, Japan, Taiwan, USA, Canada and Australia.
