Moelven to reduce production at its sawmills

Norwegian Moelven delivered a good result for the third quarter, but warns that the time ahead will be challenging. The consumer market in Scandinavia is characterized by weak demand for wood products, and the international market is more in a wait-and-see mood.  ''The contrasts with the last year are great, the market has changed, demand is lower, inventory levels are increasing and we are seeing cost increases for many things, including electricity.
