Rorvik has sold two of its sawmills to ATA Timber. The sawmills in Rorvik and Sandsjöfors are now operated by ATA Timber, after Rorvik had previously closed the one in Sandsjöfors.
This might not be the end of Rorvik’s operations in Sweden, as it also took over ATA’s shares of Bergs Timber, according to ATL. So even if Rorvik has shrunk its operations, with the 13% share at Bergs Timber, it now becomes the largest shareholder in Berg.
