Russian forestry industry sees financial growth in 2024
In Q3 2024, revenue from Russian forestry products reached RUB 620 billion (€6.2 billion), the highest quarterly figure in 2.5 years. This marked a 15% decrease from Q3 2023, but the sector still posted strong year-to-date growth. For the first nine months of 2024, total revenue rose to RUB 1.8 trillion (€18 billion), a 21% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
