Södra subsidiary Trivselhus signs contract for the construction of 52 multi-family houses

The Swedish woodworking company Trivselhus, a subsidiary of Södra, has signed a contract with MacFreeze, the Swedish property developer, to construct 52 two-storey, terraced multi-family houses in Kållered, in the municipality of Mölndal, with a total value of SEK 116 million.

Trivselhus has been working with MacFreeze for many years on new projects. The construction of the buildings in this project will take place in two phases, in the autumn of 2017 and in the winter of 2018.

For 2017, Trivselhus expects the construction of 600-700 homes, especially high-quality freestanding single-family houses, but also condominiums in multi-family houses. In addition to its own construction projects, Trivselhus is a partner to other developers for the development of multi-family construction projects. Trivselhus also markets and sells Movehome brand houses.
